FORD FOCUS DIESEL HATCHBACK 2.0 TDCi 163 Titanium X 5d Powershift Service rating : I was very apprehensive about using this service and feared it might be a scam. In the event, the whole process was incredibly straightforward and offered amazing savings. A very satisfactory experience offering savings you could never dream of from a main dealer. I would heartily recommend it to anyone wanting a hassle-free buying experience.
Car rating: On one level the new Focus is an incredible car - it has every electic gizmo known to mankind and is a pleasure to drive. It is, however, let down by good old Ford build quality. My car had a number of faults you just would not get with a Volkswagen or Audi. You would have thought, for example, that the Ford Motor Company would by now have learnt how to make windscreen wipers that work properly or back doors that close easily. Then you have a jack plug connection for your iPhone that is so loose the jack just falls out. The satnav, whilst very clever, has a weird line running down the side of it which glares at you during night driving - very frustrating and so unnecessary. Finally the fuel consumption is a little disappointing (163PS auto diesel) in that it almost impossible to achieve 40mpg under any reasonable driving conditions. The car is great, but Ford need to seriously get their act together to sort their build quality out. 5 stars for the car but 3 stars for build quality.
FORD C-MAX DIESEL ESTATE 2.0 TDCi Titanium 5d Powershift Service rating : First class service, no problem, will certainly use Auto Ebid again.
Car rating: I prefer the 1.6 model but required an automatic, hence 2 l.
FORD S-MAX ESTATE 2.0 EcoBoost Titanium 5d Powershift Service rating : No problems with the service, all prices were as agreed.
FORD TRANSIT 280 MWB DIESEL FWD Low Roof Van Limited TDCi 125ps Service rating : Cannot fault. Paid fee got very good price and got a new van.
Car rating: Good at it gets in a Transit.
FORD MONDEO DIESEL HATCHBACK 2.0 TDCi 163 Titanium X 5d Powershift Service rating : My second car ordered through Auto eBid. An excellent experience both times. Why would anybody go a different way when the savings are so good. Already recommended Auto eBid to many friends.
