Summary: Porsche yet again reach another landmark by releasing their first four seat saloon. It handles and performs just like a Porsche should. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for – a sensational class-leading saloon.

New PORSCHE PANAMERA Review:
The all-new Porsche Panamera is the first attempt by the German carmaker to produce a class-leading four-seat saloon. It has a luxuriously refined ride, with great steering and Porsche-like handling, creating spectacular performance. The Panamera drives more like a sports car than a saloon while contoured seats generate supreme comfort. Being over five metres long means that there is an abundance of room in the front and back seats as well offering a generous 445 litre boot capacity, almost matching the BMW 3-Series. On the road the new Porsche Panamera is incredibly agile, with well weighted and responsive steering, not bad for a vehicle weighting around two tonnes! There are three V8 engines to choose from. The first choice is a 400bhp 4.8 litre which does 0-60mph in 5.6 seconds. It also offers a rather impressive 26mpg. The same engine is available in a different model but comes as a four wheel drive. The top engine option is a 500bhp 4.8 litre with two additional turbochargers thrown in for more power, it is also unbelievably quick, reaching 60mph in 4.2 seconds. The new Porsche Panamera is also packed with safety features such as stability control and a staggering number of airbags throughout the cabin. As expected, the Panamera is not cheap but retains it’s value well and is cheap to run considering it’s size.
