Finally at the bottom is the list of bids placed by suppliers, including notes on any variation from the original
requirement. If there is some variation, the customer is free to choose bids which are not the lowest overall.
If the Reserve Price is not met, the customer is not obliged to purchase at all. In practice, we find that
