Suppliers Terms & Conditions

AutoeBid is a trading name for Commission it Ltd, 117 Waterloo Road, London, SE1 8UL. In this agreement the following definitions apply: 'We' or 'Us' means AutoeBid whose office is at 117 Waterloo Road, London, SE1 8UL. 'You' or 'Supplier' means the Broker/Wholesaler/Dealer and/or third party company(s) whose name(s) and address(s) were provided on signing up. “Buyer” means the third party whose name(s) and contact details we provide to you for the sale of a vehicle/service/product for which you have placed a bid.

1. We will act as Your selling Agent to refer to you potential buyers for the vehicle/service/product You sell. We do not charge Suppliers a fee to use our service.

2. We will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the quotation you provide (Including inaccuracies in pricing or errors in our technology). If the price you quote is based on prior to purchase.

3. If a bid made by you is accepted by a potential buyer, you will receive an email or fax confirming the buyer’s intent to purchase. If you then confirm your bid at this stage via our website, email, fax or telephone, the bid made by you is final and this constitutes an offer to sell to the buyer the vehicle/service/product which is the subject of the bid. By supplying a vehicle through our company or signing up as a supplier via our website You agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

4. You are required to hold the vehicle/product/service for sale on the terms set out in your bid for a period of 24 hours from the time you confirm the bid.

5. Buyers will purchase the vehicle/service/product from you on your terms and conditions of sale. You expressly acknowledge that the contract for sale is between You and the Buyer and that AutoeBid has no responsibility or liability hereunder whatsoever notwithstanding the foregoing, buyers will. Buyers reserve the right to reject the vehicle should the details/specification differ from what the seller quoted AutoeBid or if the conditions vary from the following:

5.1 Vehicle does not have and never has had any damage.

5.2 Vehicles are delivered with delivery mileage, up-to 200 miles (If higher or a used vehicle the exact mileage must be stated)

5.3 Vehicles are Right Hand Drive, with a MPH speed meter, to the latest manufacturer’s specification (unless clearly specified) and conform to all requirements for Type Approval

5.4 Vehicle will have service book stamped

5.5 PDI will be carried out

5.6 You have full title to the vehicle

5.7 Vehicle will be covered under your insurance until collection

5.8 Vehicle is free of all non UK Taxes

5.9 Supply of the vehicle will be within 4 weeks from the delivery date stated or a refund of the deposit will be provided (Unless this is wavered by the Buyer at the outset)

5.10 If any conditions vary as stated above and the Buyer requests a refund of AutoeBid's fee due to your inability to supply at the agreed price or delivery time you are liable to indemnify the buyer directly the fee paid by them to AutoeBid (1.5%+ VAT of RRP, if RRP is less than £20,000 (or) 1.25%+ VAT of RRP, if RRP is between than £20,001 and £30,000 (or) 1.0%+ VAT of RRP, if RRP is greater than £30,000 or such revised fees as may be introduced from time to time).

5.11 If you are not able to supply the vehicle for any reason you will provide a full refund of any deposit paid to you.

5.12 For new car orders under the value of £25,000, the deposit will be £500. For orders over the value of £25,001, the deposit will be up to £1,000. A larger deposit may be requested on any orders placed for vehicles with unusual requirements or a large number of options. The deposit is to be collected by credit card and the balance is to be paid by bankers draft or debit card only after inspection (unless clearly stated in your offer).

6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. AutoeBid owns all rights to its buyers and suppliers do not have permission to contact/market or make any repeat orders to its buyers without written permission from AutoeBid other than to arrange the sale of vehicles won through AutoeBid. If a buyer makes a repeat order for any additional vehicle at any time in the future the supplier is required to pay AutoeBid the buyer’s fee relevant at the time of repeat order.

8. We reserve the right to make changes to Our Terms and Conditions at any time.
