No Win, No Fee - You can't lose* - Our fee is included in the Max Price !

In order to get the lowest possible price in the market suppliers need to know you are a genuine customer, ready to buy now. When you place an order with us, we ask you to pre-authorise our fee. This is similar to when you check into a hotel and they swipe your card to make sure you have funds to pay for your stay. They will only charge you when you leave the hotel.

This makes your order live and allows us to market your order to over 1,500 suppliers who will offer you far better prices than if you went direct as they have £0 cost to acquire you as a client and compete with other suppliers together in our real-time reverse auction. This fee will only be charged if you achieve at least 100% of all your buying conditions or better, if you select to go ahead with any higher offers or if you cancel your order.

Remember our Max Price will always be the most you are committed to pay for your vehicle. Using the system, customers have saved hundreds and even thousands of pounds extra compared to their Max Prices. You are more likely to beat our Max Price if the vehicle is in stock as opposed to a factory order.

New Cars >

What our Max Price covers for cars: A UK-supplied car with full manufacturer's warranty and breakdown cover, including our fee, driven delivery to your address (UK mainland only), VAT, 12 months road tax and first registration.

New Vans >

What our Max Price covers for commercial vehicles: A full UK specification, UK-supplied vehicle, including our fee. VAT, Road Tax and 1st registration are not included (manufacturers delivery may not be included on some vans).

If you do not receive any bids from suppliers or fail to achieve the Max Price or lower, your pre-authorisation will be automatically cancelled after the end of auction and you will not be charged a penny.

Steps to paying the auction fee:

- log in and go to My Account

- select Payments from the menu

- click the button against the requirement you wish to make live and pay the fee for

- if you have not specified you requirements, go to the buying section and proceed through steps 1 to 5, at the end of which you will be able to proceed to payment.

Dealer and Vehicle Payment Most of our suppliers are manufacturers' franchised dealers.

Whenever you receive a bid from one of our suppliers, you can be confident it has been confirmed to us that the supplier (unless clearly specified in the supplier profile):

  • Is experienced - has at least 3 years trading experience.
  • Is an established business - has at least 3 employees.
  • Has the ability to deliver - has sold at least 100 vehicles.
  • Will ask you for a small deposit - will only request a £500 deposit if vehicle is under £25,000 and a £1,000 deposit if vehicle is over £25,000. A larger deposit may be requested on any orders placed for vehicles with unusual requirements or a large number of options.
  • Has standard payment terms - will only require payment of full balance if vehicle matches the exact order and specification, and upon satisfactory inspection of the vehicle on delivery or collection.

We take the reputation of all our suppliers extremely seriously and will remove any suppliers who fail to supply correctly.

We have already removed several well established and smaller suppliers from our service for their inability to actually deliver or for a poor service.

Payment Terms

You will be required to pay the deposit to the supplier, upon the order being placed with that supplier, with the balance payable to the supplier on delivery or collection. The balance will not be payable in the event that the vehicle does not match the exact order specification. A banker's draft or building society cheque is usually required by the supplier to pay the balance.

- We recommend you ensure the balance does not become payable to the supplier in advance of the vehicle being delivered to you and you are entirely satisfied with it.

- In the event that you receive a bid from a supplier who has not been able to provide the above confirmations, it will clearly state this when you receive the bid. In such situation, you will be able to accept the bid if you choose to do so, but you will not be committed to accept it.
