AutoeBid was contacted by Dominic Tobin on the 1st August 2011 asking if he could speak to a number of our clients who had recently left feedback on our website in order to create a case study for the Sunday Times 7th August, in addition to speaking to one of our suppliers.
Dominic randomly selected a few recent feedback examples from our site and the first few of our clients willingly agreed to be contacted by Dominic for the case study.
After speaking to our clients and one of our suppliers Dominic stated “The case studies I spoke to were great”.
Below are the main highlights of the article showing AutoeBid was the most competitive method of purchasing a new Ford Fiesta online, the car was selected by the Sunday Times in order to compare the market with the only cons of our service being “The dealership may not be local: no viewings or test drives available”.
The article also referred to a recent Mintel report that featured AutoeBid showing a 40% rise in the number of people purchasing a new car on the internet over the last 3 years.
