Alfa's stunning new 159 promises to be the most complete all-round car that Alfa have ever built. At first glance all seems well: it is nicely put together and the powerplants are well proven - particularly the 1.9 diesel. The design is pure Alfa and makes the opposition look positively uninspiring, whilst the handling is remarkably sharp, well-balanced and thoroughly rewarding. It's early days for the 159, but Alfa have assured the motoring world that the new 159 sets new standards for reliability; only time can truly tell whether that's a reality - but the 159 gives every indication that it is, and if so this is an awesome car.Discounts in the reverse auction are generous: expect to save several thousand pounds - and UK cars all come with the full 3 year Alfa warranty.
