New CITROEN NEMO MULTISPACE Review:
Citroen have been turning their van ranges into MPVs for a while now and this time it is the turn of the Nemo Multispace. Commercial vehicles tend to make extremely good MPVs, largely down to the abundance of space they have. Though the Citroen Nemo Multispace has lost its van looks, instead resembling more of a funky 4x4. The engines are small and economical with either a 75bhp 1.4 litre petrol or a 70bhp 1.4 litre diesel unit to choose from. The petrol engine achieves 42mpg whereas the diesel reaches a very impressive 62.8mpg. Soft suspension contributes to a good ride comfort while a raised driving position, large windscreens and wing mirrors make for excellent visibility. A 360 litre boot may seem small for the class but fold down the rear seats and it reveals a plentiful 890 litre space. The Citroen Nemo Multispace has good quality interior materials and does not feel like the van from which it was born. It also benefits from a low insurance group and equally low running and labour costs.
