“seems great, not really had long enough to review, there are niggles on the car, like not much storage space, water bottle holes too small, cannot see dashboard very well if it is bright, no where to keep things in boot it all rattles around. Found passenger seat lifts up to reveal some storage, but never told this and did not find it in book, guy who fitted heated seats found it. If on hill it rolls back or forth very easily when trying to manouver, so need to use left foot on brake whilst right foot on accelerator, which i never had to do in previous car.”
New FIAT 500 Review:
None of the three engines available on the Fiat 500 – 1.2-, 1.4-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel – will set your pulse rating though the higher petrol one can come handy round town.

As such, no surprises to see the 500 being in its element on city roads, thanks mainly to its pint size and light steering.

The diesel engine can be a bit noisy at low speeds but give it a bit of rev and it sounds fine. There is some wind and road noise to expect on higher speeds but it is nothing to be alarmed about.

The car is little, so do not expect great space all-round, including in the driver’s seat.

It comes with standard equipment minus the air-con, which is available in the Sport version.

Indeed, the Fiat 500 makes financial sense, cute to look at or be seen it and comes with a good safety record.

Of additional interest would be the fact that the little car has big resale value when you decide you want on to move on to a Mini or perhaps a Bentley.
