Renault have certainly not been shy in designing the current Megane range, which still looks very sharp even a few years after its initial launch - and good for them. The Megane combines its quirky looks (designed to attract the younger buyer) with an excellent overall package - offering high levels of comfort, equipment, safety, reliability and performance. The diesel engines are particularly strong and return good fuel economy with long service intervals, although the additional cost over the petrol unit may not outweigh the benefit for the less frequent driver.
