Sometimes the standard specification displayed for some vehicles on our site may differ from the manufacturer’s latest brochure. This is because some of our data may be more up-to-date than the manufacturer’s brochure or may potentially be out of date. All vehicles ordered through our service will be ordered as per the manufacturer’s latest available model (unless otherwise stated).

Simply view the manufacturer’s latest brochure or refer to their website to confirm the current standard specification. The information on our website is to be used as a guide only – and the standard specification can change at any time as in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

We use a data provider to provide us with data on all vehicles. However, because we list around half a million different vehicle options on our website, some options may not be entirely up to date. Be assured that you can order any vehicle option available as per the manufacturer’s latest brochure.

When you place an order on our site, you can manually indicate any additional options required that are not shown on our website by typing into the ‘Buyer option comments’ section.

Any factory-fitted or dealer-supplied options required that are manually added will be supplied at the manufacturer’s RRP. However, you will still receive the same great discount on the car itself.

If you are looking for a vehicle with quick delivery you will greatly increase the chances of obtaining one if you are flexible on colour. You can select a 1st choice colour and then specify other colours that you would consider in comments box. Eg: "would also consider other colours and similar specification models."

All our reserve prices are calculated using the manufacturer’s list price. Manufacturers continuously change their list prices and the discounts available. During such instances, there may be a period of time when our indicated manufacturer’s list prices are inaccurate, leading to an inaccurate reserve price. Most discrepancies are likely to be small, and our pricing data is updated at least twice a month.

If there is a price change, our discount percentage will still apply to the new list price – i.e. if the manufacturer’s list price has increased by two per cent, our reserve price too show a two per cent increase.

The vehicle must conform to 100% UK specification and must have been sourced through a main UK franchised dealer. For certain vehicles a broker may source the car for you from a franchised dealer.

All UK supplied vehicles (unless requested otherwise) have the following:

● Full UK Manufacturer’s Warranty
● Full Breakdown Cover
● Full UK Specification
● UK supplied vehicles from UK franchised dealers or a broker purchasing through a UK franchised dealer and selling to you
● Consists of all costs including 12 month road tax, first registration and manufacturer's delivery charge.
● The vehicle will be exactly the same as a vehicle from your local main franchised dealer, including the warranty and the specification, unless otherwise clearly stated


* Northern Ireland and Scotland may have an additional delivery charge.

If you need a car or van quickly, we can search available stock and pipeline. These are vehicles already ordered and are available sooner than a factory order. They can be physically at the dealership, in the UK or in transit from factory. Please state how soon you require delivery and any essential options or specification you are flexible on in the comments section of your order form. We can then offer you the widest selection of stock vehicles that meet your requirements. Eg: "I would also accept the following additional colours, Metallic Silver and Met Dark Blue".

Vehicle colours and trims: Most new vehicles are to order therefore there is no need to be flexible on colour. If however you would like to try to obtain a vehicle from stock you can let us know you are flexible on colour. Please state any options you are flexible on in the comments section of your order form, so we can offer you the widest selection of stock vehicles that meet your requirements. Eg: “I would also accept the following additional colours, Metallic Silver and Met Dark Blue”.

Factory Fit Options: We should already show all the current manufacturers options available, however if we do not show any factory options required simply type the name of the option in the comments box. You will be agreeing to pay the extra cost of any options manually added at the manufacturer’s (RRP) – Recommended Retail Price.

Dealer Fit Options: Dealers are able to fit any available dealer fit items to a vehicle that you require.
