The 2.0l tdci is an excellent car. Well powered and excellent to drive. The titanium spec is very pleasing. The towing capacity is increased. ”23-June-2015 New FORD FOCUS Deals(1.5 TDCi 120 Zetec Navigation 5d)“

On one level the new Focus is an incredible car - it has every electic gizmo known to mankind and is a pleasure to drive. It is, however, let down by good old Ford build quality. My car had a number of faults you just would not get with a Volkswagen or Audi. You would have thought, for example, that the Ford Motor Company would by now have learnt how to make windscreen wipers that work properly or back doors that close easily. Then you have a jack plug connection for your iPhone that is so loose the jack just falls out. The satnav, whilst very clever, has a weird line running down the side of it which glares at you during night driving - very frustrating and so unnecessary.
Finally the fuel consumption is a little disappointing (163PS auto diesel) in that it almost impossible to achieve 40mpg under any reasonable driving conditions.
The car is great, but Ford need to seriously get their act together to sort their build quality out. 5 stars for the car but 3 stars for build quality.”03-April-2012 New FORD FOCUS Deals(1.6 TDCi 115 Titanium X 5d)“
Warranty fault repaired already, otherwise all been good.”19-December-2011 New FORD FOCUS Deals(2.0 TDCi 163 Titanium X 5d)“
4.5 stars. First gear is not very powerful, but 2nd gear is great! It accelerates incredibly well for a diesel. Easy parking is incredible! The Ford Manual is very poor and does not properly explain how to use the SAT NAV. Why no speed cameras on the Sat nav? Annual upgrade is very very expensive!!! Why can't you upgrade on the internet?? New car does not come with the Titanium X badge!! I had to complain to HQ who then fitted it FOC.”05-October-2011 New FORD FOCUS Deals(1.6 EcoBoost Titanium 5d)“
I driven just over 1k miles since obtaining the Titanium Focus. I have found the car to be extemely good to drive although I am stll getting use to some of the features paricularly the keyless entry & starting. ”02-September-2011 New FORD FOCUS Deals(2.0 TDCi Titanium 5d)“
This is my 3rd Ford Focus 2litre diesel previous vehicles doing 140 then 203 miles trouble free motoring. The latest version has a marked step up in refinement and driver aids already have 5k plus mileage no issues . I would give this model a 5 star rating”03-November-2010 New FORD FOCUS Deals(1.6 TDCi Econetic 5d [DPF] [Start Stop])“

Great car, superb ride, averaging 67mpg (mostly town driving) which is not too shabby for such a big car.”New FORD FOCUS Review:
The new Focus has successfully built on the class-leading strengths of its predecessor in delivering exemplary driving dynamics combined with much-improved interior quality and styling. The cabin is spacious, well equipped on higher spec models and feels like it's built to last - although the base models are a little sparse without even air conditioning (except as a cost option). The entry-level 1.4 engine feels slightly underpowered, but all others offer decent performance - especially the excellent diesels. The 2.0 TDCi's 136 bhp provides great performance and manages to keep things economical at 50 miles per gallon (combined). AutoeBid's reverse auction generates savings of up to about £4000 - and the seriously hot ST range is also heavily discounted.
