Spacious, comfortable, excellent value for money.Disadvantages:
Limited engines, outside looks not for everyone’s taste.Summary:
A large passenger vehicle that delivers in comfort and space while the low costs easily beats all it’s rivals, certainly worth anyone’s consideration. New VOLKSWAGEN TRANSPORTER SHUTTLE Review:
The new Volkswagen Transporter Shuttle is a contrast between an MPV and a minibus. Seating up to nine in refined comfort and luxurious space there is a lot of car for your money here. The cabin and interior is neat and stylish while the outside looks equally as trendy – the Shuttle also looks very similar to that of the Transporter van. It comes in short and long wheelbase lengths, ranging from 5.8 metres to 6.7 metres. There are two engines available, both TDI PD diesels – a 1.9 litre and 174bhp 2.5 litre are the choices. The Volkswagen Transporter Shuttle also has a very respectable suspension to further enhance comfort and gives a very smooth ride. The engine noise is also suppressed inside the cabin and as with all Volkswagens the Transporter Shuttle has excellent reliability. Being cheap to run and with low labour costs the Transporter Shuttle also undercuts all it’s rivals in price making it a smart choice for anyone looking for a big passenger vehicle.
